My name is Dora.
I would like to show you how you can live a healthy and happy lifestyle by incorporating physical exercise into your life and live without pain, recover faster after injury.
Whether you have a specific goal in mind or just aiming to bring out your best every day and feel great in your body.

FITNESS for me and what I provide to my clients is about being healthy and happy, moving free. Aiming to achieve holistic health for individuals is the fastest and most effective way to achieve fitness goals.
Holistic health includes regular physical exercise, eating nutritious food and meditation, practicing mindfulness. Connection of mind, body and spirit.
