I like to meet my clients where they are. Help them build upon their current state. Using methods I have gained from my 6 years experience as a personal trainer.

I have performed in sports from an early age. I have knowledge from various sporting backgrounds (boxing, cricket, football, athletics). The experience gained from Performing as an athlete, receiving high level coaching also coaching others can help you with your fitness goals. What is your favorite exercise?
Sled prowler push, because it is adaptable for goals. You can push a load of weigh without worrying about it dropping on you; you can keep it light and it’s still a killer exercise.'

If you were a superhero who would you be?
Deadpool. Everything is a joke, but he still gets the job done. Also he can’t be killed and has a great costume.'
