Joseph is a personal trainer and fitness instructor. He has more than four years’ experience within personal training and two years’ experience coaching club level sports, whilst he was studying sports at south Cheshire college, England.  He specializes in helping people do more and achieve more within fitness. Through proven methods and programming he can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Trainer bio

Joseph has performed in sports from an early age. In the UK he performed at district level in cricket and ran for his town in Athletics. During his time studying, coaching and performing in countless sports; Joseph has developed strong knowledge, understanding and passion for fitness. Joseph understands what it takes to achieve an healthy level of physical performance and he is able to adjust his style and training methods to help his clients transform their bodies – whether it is to build muscle, lose bodyfat or improve physical performance.

What is your favorite exercise?

Sled prowler push, because it is adaptable for goals. You can push a load of weigh without worrying about it dropping on you; you can keep it light and it’s still a killer exercise.

If you were a superhero who would you be?

Deadpool. Everything is a joke, but he still gets the job done. Also he can’t be killed and has a great costume.
