Big Joe was a Collegiate and professional basketball player in USA and Europe for more than 10 years. During his career as a basketball player, he has developed a passion for coaching others. Big Joe always finds a way to motivate his clients, while each one of his workouts are full of energy. All the workouts that you perform with Big Joe, is based on the philosophy that every movement has a purpose according to your fitness plan and goal, and all exercises are building block towards your goal.

Pull ups, because I was never really good at them, until I demanded myself to become better.
