Jeg har altid elsket at være aktiv. Det giver mig ro i sindet, energi i hverdagen og gør mig høj på livet, og dette er noget, jeg mener, alle mennesker bør have ret til. Jeg har derfor gjort det til min mission at hjælpe med netop dette. At leve et sundt og balanceret liv er blevet gjort alt for kompliceret. Jeg ønsker at simplificere dette og vise, hvor let det i grunden kan gøres. At træne skal være en leg, men samtidig også fysisk og psykisk udfordrende, for det er der, jeg mener, at vi rykker os mest som mennesker, og der hvor resultaterne virkelig viser sig.

  • Bachelor I ernæring og sandhed med fokus på sundhedsfremme og diætetik (Københavns Professionshøjskole)
  • Master of Science i Sport & Exercise Nutrition (University of Westminster i London)
