I specialise in transformation programs for people who need supportive coaching and motivation to reach their goals. Energetic and upbeat, I have helped hundreds of people become stronger, fitter and healthier.
I spent 10 years training and competing as a GB swimmer, then progressed into triathlon. In 2013, I moved to California where I was a cycle coach, helping 400 cyclists each year prepare and conquer an 875km, 7-day bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

After this, I started a fitness company in San Francisco, teaching people who saw gyms as “intimidating” to fall in love with fitness. I helped busy professionals shred fat and get leaner through transformational programs consisting of efficient workouts, nutrition and exceptional support.
As a personal trainer, I see the gym as more than just a space to train. I care about creating meaningful relationships and fun workouts and with my clients & the SATS community.
