My journey as a fitness professional started later in life after pursuing a career change from Lawyer to PT. I have always had a passion for fitness, which developed through using exercise to combat the effects of an office job and to help during stressful periods of my life. I know how important exercise can be not only for a healthy body but also for a healthy mind.
