I have worked with different kind of people with different kind of goals and problems standing in their way. Together we can find a way to reach our goal whatever it is. Getting stronger, faster, losing weight, mobility or balance. It would be my pleasure to help you through your journey.
Fitness has always been a big part of my life and one of my main interests since I was a child. During college I met my wife who shares my passion of fitness and helping people get in shape. From there I went to the University where I got deeper knowledge about fitness and the best ways to train.
Today I have a family that loves to spend time outside doing all kinds of activities. I also like to stay in shape, I like to cycle, run and all sorts of strength training.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Spending time with my family and working on my fitness

Being able to help people to reach there dreams whatever they are
What do you especially like about your job as a PT?
No client is the same and I like the challenge of finding what works for them.
